今回は、日本においでいただき、福島第一原発事故の対応がおくれている日本の状況に、さまざまな形で警鐘を鳴らしていただき大変に感謝いたしております。
博士の警告が、多くの日本人の心に届き、政府が推し進めているガレキ広域拡散について、日本市民が反対の声を上げ始めています。われわれは大変に感謝いたしております。
さ て、その上チェルノブイリコーディネーション会議執行委員会より、人々の健康に対する放射能防御の問題及びその協力について、協議したいとの趣旨を承りま した。勿論何の異論もありません。是非、一緒に協力して、対話を進め、いろんな形で放射能防御を進めていきたいと考えております。こちらこそ、よろしくお 願いいたします。

We express you a huge recognition to have agreed to come to Japan and to have drawn attention to the situation created by the accident of the Fukushima nuclear powerplant and to the aspects to which the country reacts with delay.
Your opinion touched the heart of many Japanese citizens; it reinforced the voice of protest against the Japanese Parliament politics aimed at disseminating radioactive debris in the country.
Also, we formulate wish to follow a common job about problem of the protection of the health of populations against radiations effects. And we especially want to collaborate with International Civic Coordination Chernobyl Counsil (ICC CC).
We will be very happy to follow cooperation with you in the protection against the effect of radiations.
